We are a team of responsible and compassionate individuals providing in- home and community based services (HCBS) to kids and adults. We serve DDD qualified individuals throughout the Valley. Our programs are goal oriented and focus on the individual’s needs and strengths.

SERVICES
Quality Care Solutions provides essential help with daily activities. This allows individuals with disabilities to live with as much dignity and independence as possible, regardless of their age or condition.
Here are some examples of how we can help:
- Companionship for a person who cannot be left alone because of physical or cognitive impairment.
- Teaching adults with intellectual disabilities how to manage living by themselves.
- Assisting a child who has physical disabilities to participate in everyday school activities.
- Help with daily self-help skills such as dressing, eating , or getting in and out of bed.
